By accessing or using the services provided by Neighbor Moving, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Services
Neighbor Moving provides moving services as described on our website. The specific details of the services, including dates, locations, and pricing, will be confirmed with you prior to the move.
3. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due after the completion of the job.We accept payment by check and credit card.Any additional services requested during the move will be billed separately.
4. Liability and Damages
Neighbor Moving takes great care to ensure the safety of your belongings. However, we are not liable for:Damages caused by natural disasters or other unforeseen events.Items that were improperly packed by the customer.Minor scratches, dings, or other minor damages to items.For valuable items, we recommend purchasing additional insurance.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate and complete information about your move.Ensuring that all items are properly packed and ready for transport.Being present or having a representative present during the move to oversee the process.
6. Changes to Services
If you need to make changes to your moving services, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee availability or price adjustments.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend our services to any customer who violates these Terms of Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the state of North Carolina. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Wake County.

10. SMS
- Users will receive SMS texts in regards to scheduling their move and other marketing messages. Frequency will vary.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
- If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to Tyler@neighbormoving.com
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
