Neighbor Moving was the best choice my family could have made for a company to move our possessions to our new home! Alex came for a walk through and was so helpful getting our quote prepared, as well as ensuring timing details for day-of move, with our family and timeline in mind.
The crew that came on moving day was kind, friendly, and took excellent care of our belongings. They worked so hard! They had everything that was needed- blankets, wrap, carts and other things! This is the first Google Review I have ever left but Neighbor2Neighbor deserves all the praise I can give them. My daughter needed to move in Raleigh but would not be available on moving day so I handled everything. N2N was great from the beginning of making contact. Responsive, informative and polite. N2N was the only company I contacted that would send 3 people. They did so because they were concerned about the furniture but more so of their people. Because the move was from a 2nd floor loft that is 110 years old with narrow steep stairs, 3 people were definitely needed. The guys were great. They did not fit in the antique building but after bumping their heads several times, they got everything in the truck and were still smiling. Moving into the new place went much faster. I don't often review, but Pat, Alex, and the Neighbor Moving crew helped us so much on our moving that I just wanted to give them all the praise they deserve. The whole moving process is stressful and we know we needed a mover, but hiring Neighbor Moving at least made that part go smooth. I have moved all over the world.  I have never had such an easy move as this one.  What a wonderful group of men.  They were professional, attentive to our needs, careful, and always cheerful. This crew absolutely blew us away! In fact, the only negative thing I could say about them was that they made it look easy, and I was jealous. Rashad, Christian, Keyon and Tyler helped us move out of our home on a Monday, and into a new one on Wednesday. Though we needed to rent our own moving truck so we could keep our things stored for those days in between move-out and move-in, the crew still arrived with absolutely everything they might have needed. They wrapped all of our furniture in blankets and plastic wrap (that they brought). They also had hand dollies, strap systems for carrying the crazy-heavy stuff, and other contraptions that proved wildly helpful. We could not believe how hard and how efficiently they worked, and stayed very close to the estimated time despite us adding a few complications (like a bed that most crews wouldn't have been able to get upstairs, and that even I had considered a lost cause). They were problem-solvers, took great care with our things, and made up for some of the general moving stresses with their great attitudes. 10/10 recommend.
